A guide to playing NPCs – or characters! – from a variety of Falnorian regions, circa Season 13. This is particularly meant as a reference for baddies who are suiting up for more involved street scenes, but can be used as a general reference as well. Keep in mind that this refers to broad cultural overtones, and that each of these regions has several sub-cultures which have their own traits and inclinations.
Note: As of the initial posting of this, I am still having trouble with accents per region; these will be filled in later once I’ve sorted them out.
