23rd of Firstmoon, Year 278.1.3 (Stonehollow Enclave)

The party began their time in Stonehollow Enclave by negotiating passage with the local demon whose territory encompasses the Enclave; they successfully negotiated passage for a moon. Afterwards they went to tend and make repairs to one of the mountain shrines scattered throughout the mountains; there, they found an angel feather.

25th of Firstmoon, Year 278.1.3 (Lakestone Enclave)

Adventurers spent the first portion of the day rushing to the caribou pens, which were in upheaval due to a new eruption of lava that threatened the Enclave’s caribou herds. They were able to rescue most of the caribou, then moved on to gather more food for the Enclave on the direction of the Tree of Life Shrine – and in doing so, feed the Harbinger Followers who were not being supported by the Enclave. They spoke with them, and agreed to talk to the Lakestone Enclave on their behalf.

30th of Firstmoon, Year 278.1.3 (Stonehollow Enclave)

The party first helped rescue people and goods from a lava flow encroaching on the Enclave; they successfully recovered most of what was at stake. Afterwards, they cleared a path from the Stonehollow Enclave to a cache that the Enclave was built to guard and protect; most of them died in the process, but nevertheless the pass was cleared. They then returned to the enclave to clear firebugs away from the malfunctioning geothermal engine that heats the Enclave; and were able to do so, despite the blistering heat from the engine.

1st of Secondmoon, Year 278.1.3 (Lakestone Enclave)

The adventurers of Lakestone Enclave started their day by venturing to the White Lake to investigate why its shores had been glowing at night; there, they found that the crystalline washing up on the Lake’s edge was already charged and glowing with energy. They returned to the Enclave to give half of their food from the week prior to the Enclave and speak with them on behalf of the Harbinger Followers; the discussion turned into an argument, and they tabled it for next week.

6th of Secondmoon, Year 278.1.3 (Stonehollow Enclave)

This day, the party followed up on rumors of soul fear in the mountains; there, they found a strange morganti tendril and more angel feathers leading into the mountains. They continued from there to the Stonehollow Cache, where they began working their way through many elementally-aligned obstacles in the dungeon protecting the cache.

8th of Secondmoon, Year 278.1.3 (Lakestone Enclave)

One half of the party began the day by reopening the discussion with Lakestone Enclave about the Harbinger Followers, while the other half of the party patrolled the perimeter of the Enclave for danger. Both went well; danger around the enclave was reduced, and the Lakestone Enclave agreed to give the Harbinger Followers a second chance if they worked on tasks to help the Enclave survive the winter. They then chose to go out and forage for more food, although found that food was scarce and the regions outside the Enclave were dangerous to traverse.

13th of Secondmoon, Year 278.1.3 (Stonehollow Enclave)

The party started by completing the rooms remaining in the dungeon, and reached the items withheld in the Stonehollow Cache: a number of old Arcanist artifacts. They distributed these items, then headed deep into the mountains to follow a trail of angel feathers; this led them to the banks of a river, where they arrived just in time to see an enormous volcanic explosion and were protected from its destruction by Odin. Upon returning to Stonehollow Enclave, they found it in much disarray.

15th of Secondmoon, Year 278.1.3 (Lakestone Enclave)

With the Harbingers problem solved for now, the party turned its attention to working on the problem of crystalline. First, they spoke with the Enclave’s crystalline shapers about some changes they had noticed in the crystalline of late; then took that new knowledge back to the shores of the White Lake, where the crystalline had begun glowing red and the ground erupting with purple lava. As they investigated, the crystalline began exploding; and as they worked to extract their party from the Lake’s shore, were blasted by a wave of energy and died, and were summoned and resurrected in the Enclave.

5th of Thirdmoon, Year 278.1.3 (Stonehollow Enclave)

Adventurers began gathering the supplies needed to venture further into the mountains. Their first priority was to find a way to endure the thin mountain atmosphere; they helped the local Tree of Life following, which was known to be able to travel further into the mountains. They helped locate some lost followers and recover them safely.

This was a small things event; no missions transpired. Skirmishes included defending fairies from aggressive trolls, and clearing out many large crystalline taluses from the area surrounding the Enclave.

12th of Thirdmoon, Year 278.1.3 (Stonehollow Enclave)

Adventurers continued gathering the supplies needed to venture further into the mountains. This day’s priority was finding a way to transport their supplies. In exchange for traveling sleds and mountain goats to pull them, they did a favor for a shepherd by destroying a demon that had been preying on their flocks. They then went to obtain supplies; a local Underworld Trader agreed to fund their supplies in exchange for retrieving an artifact from a Greater Demon. They encountered the demon and its entourage several times, but were not able to successfully steal the artifact.

With the Lakestone Enclave devastated by the explosion in the White Lake, the party prioritized reaching out to nearby allied enclaves to ask for help. They found Silverpools Enclave, which agreed to send them tools to begin rebuilding with. The adventurers then traveled out towards the lake where many fairies were gathering, and found there a high fey atop the volcanic mounds being built there. They made an agreement with the fey, and returned home.

19th of Thirdmoon, Year 278.1.3 (Stonehollow Enclave)

Adventurers continued gathering supplies for a venture further into the mountains. They decided to take a break from dealing with demons and instead made their way to migrating fire elementals to ask them for information about the volcano deeper in the mountains. They were waylaid by several encounters, but were eventually able to find their way to the elementals and speak with them.

In following with their agreement with the fey, adventurers helped protect taluses as they dug and gathered dirt to pile along the White Lake’s shore.

Adventurers returned to their demon problem; they enlisted the help of a nearby allied demon, with which they made a bargain, and then returned to the demon they were meant to steal an artifact from. They did so successfully this time and returned the artifact to the Underworld Traders, who then gave them the last set of supplies they would need to venture into the mountains.

28th of Thirdmoon, Year 278.1.3 (Lakestone Enclave)

In continuing fo follow their agreement with they fey, adventurers went out again to protect fairies gathering fire magic to bring to the dirt alongside the White Lake. They also investigated the appearance of a tree in spring bloom despite the winter weather, as they suspected it was an omen or vision of some kind.

Adventurers departed from Stonehollow Enclave and began traveling deeper into the Halhar Mountains.

Adventurers first cleared fire creatures out of their enclave so that their builders could begin rebuilding homes and buildings in the enclave; while this was done, a smaller group of adventurers went to negotiate with their resident Harbinger Shrine. Afterwards, they cleared a way to Bramblehollow Enclave and checked on how they had survived the winter; from them, they heard news of Bellmorn Troops gathering to the east.

In the final part of their agreement with the fey, adventurers guarded a high fey as it infused the new hills with red mana along the shore of the White Lake and the Eld. When it was done, the hills turned into volcanic mounds and springs.

The Adventurers of Lakestone Enclave confronted the Bellmorn troops occuyping the Weyrwoods by trying to approach them diplomatically: first the scouts searching out enclaves, which they redirected; and second the troops chopping down trees near Thornwood Enclave to the south, which they were unable to dissuade.

The adventurers returned to Thornwood Enclave this day, and worked together with their allies in Thornwood to burn down the fort that Bellmorn was building with the wood harvested from the forest. Afterwards, they turned their aim towards rescuing one of the High Circle of Shamans who had been captured by Bellmorn; they successfully intercepted and rescued them.

With confrontations with Bellmorn’s army turned to fighting, the adventurers followed suit. First, they removed Bellmorn’s presence from their own Enclave; then they went to aid their allies, Thornwood and Bramblehollow Enclaves respectively, in doing the same. They successfully helped remove Bellmorn from the Thornwoods area, but were unable to prevent Bellmorn from destroying Bramblehollow’s protective glimveils.
