These are the common features for humans from various nations around Falnorian. Keep in mind that these are not hard and fast rules – your character can look however you want and does not need to conform to the general tendencies below. Furthermore, keep in mind that people can and do move from place to place, and that a character’s appearance can always be explained by ancestry from another region a few generations back.

Ardel
Hair: Light to dark brown; wavy to curly texture.
Eyes: Blue in the north; hazel, light brown in the south.
Skin: Tan to Olive; skin tends to be oilier in texture.
Face: Slightly upturned nose.
Height/Build:
 Shorter, slightly stocky.

Eldspel
Hair: Blonde; wavy to curly texture.
Eyes: Blue or grey.
Skin: Any.
Face: Narrower chin and face.
Height/Build:
 Straight-to-slender build.

Falnin
Hair: Any.
Eyes: Any.
Skin: Any.
Face: Any.
Height/Build:
 Any.

Gildmar
Hair: Dark brown to black, any texture.
Eyes: Brown, thick lashes.
Skin: Olive to Dark Brown.
Face: Square jaw, broad forehead, hooked nose.
Height/Build:
 Tall, straight-to-broad build.

Oldmin
Hair: Blonde, straight to wavy texture.
Eyes: Blue, occasionally green.
Skin: Fair, drier in texture.
Face: Square jawline, straight nose.
Height/Build:
 Broad build; medium height.

Syenon
Hair: Brown to red; straight to wavy texture.
Eyes: Green or hazel common, any possible.
Skin: Fair to tanned; freckles not uncommon.
Face: Heart-shaped, high cheekbones.
Height/Build:
 Any.
